Senator Burr: Blameless in denial

Elaine Marshall took it to Richard Burr this week, challenging his "fairy tale" commercial for the fantasy that it is. Burr responded, blaming Democrats for the all the financial problems America is facing today, the sad legacy of his undying support for the Worst President Ever.

Next thing you know, Burr will be trying to tell voters in North Carolina that hasn't really been in Congress for the past decade and a half, that he's in no way responsible for anything.

Sixteen years in Congress, and nothing to show for it. How grim is that?

Never forget

He and his buddies betrayed us with their lies and placed us, as Americans, at greater risk throughout the world. They worked overtime to silence dissident voices. They deliberately took us into war under a cloak of deceit, poured billions of our dollars into holes we still don't know all the locations of, encouraged al Qaeda to spread its operations to Iraq and transformed a dictator's fiefdom into a hellhole of sectarian violence in which civilians died in the tens, perhaps hundreds of thousands.
