PPD & Eshelman at the public trough
Don't you just love it when anti-government crusaders build their businesses by taking taxpayer money from public agencies? That's PPD in a nutshell. I wonder how many of the "real jobs" at Eshelman's thriving business are paid for by taxpayer dollars.
Vaccine Research
PPD has monitored a vast scope of protocols for vaccines, including more than 300 bacterial and viral vaccine protocols for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) at vaccine treatment evaluation units across the United States. Worldwide, the gov/NGO pharmaservices group has experience staging field-based vaccine studies in targeted populations with HIV, malaria and tuberculosis.U.S. Government Contract Experience
PPD is experienced with U.S. government prime and subcontracting models. The gov/NGO pharmaservices group conducts numerous trials under a variety of government contract types and is experienced with the adherence of federal and defense acquisition regulations.

And for so-called "progressive" morons
who insist that if you don't think your candidate is progressive enough, you should not vote for him/her, THANKS again for the narrow margin that permitted George Bush, Jr. to 1) take office and 2) nominate supreme court justices who are YOUNG, and VIGOROUS and have given us "CITIZENS UNITED."
If you're worried about the money that PACS funded by Eshelman and Pope are pouring in to defeat Democrats, thank people like [fill in blank], who believe that it's helpful to demand perfection instead of better results.
I did wonder, a bit, why Username was content to make snide remarks instead of cogent arguments, but apparently the pattern there is to simply rely on sarcasm for strength. It doesn't work, though, does it? It sure isn't working lately.
For *relevance*, let's just stand back and admire the *Citizens United* decision that has essentially handed government to the whims of the wealthy.
